1. Website use

This website is operated by CanBan Trading House Ltd., doing business as It’s Not Plastic. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security or other visitors’ access. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. Product information

The site introduces areca-leaf tableware and packaging, jute transport sacks, and jute-cellulose agricultural mulch film. Images may illustrate a product family rather than a final specification. Availability, composition, dimensions, performance, food-contact suitability, crop suitability, testing, certifications, handling, end-of-use guidance, price and lead times must be confirmed for the specific product and intended use before an order is agreed.

We aim to keep information accurate but may correct errors or change products and content without advance notice. Website descriptions are invitations to enquire, not binding offers.

3. Enquiries and orders

The website prepares an email draft for you to review and send. It does not send an enquiry automatically, create an account, process payment or complete a purchase. Sending a message does not reserve stock or form a sales contract. Any quotation, sample arrangement or order will be subject to terms confirmed directly between the parties, including specifications, pricing, taxes, delivery and payment.

4. Materials and environmental claims

Different products use different materials and serve different applications. No site-wide claim of compostability, biodegradability, food safety, certification or environmental outcome applies to every product. Ask us for current product-specific documents and guidance. Disposal options may depend on local facilities and rules. You are responsible for assessing whether a product is suitable for your own application and complying with applicable requirements.

Unless otherwise indicated, website text, design, images and marks are owned by or licensed to CanBan Trading House Ltd. You may view and share ordinary links to the site for legitimate purposes. You may not reproduce substantial content or use our marks commercially without permission.

Links to email providers, social platforms and other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by those providers.
